Cara (Margaret's neighbor): a rotund 56, rosy-faced woman with odd-colored hair; a busy person with great, confused quantities of love, concern and fear. Serge (the building super): A man of 50 or so, intense, good-natured, and only a tentative grasp of the English language. Robin: 30's, pretty, at once enthusiastic and jaded. She speaks with a powerful Brooklyn accent; Glen: (Robin's boyfriend) 34, easy smile and sincere manner. Speaks with a New York accent. Everyone is welcome!
